Exploring dance at a young age helps children develop gross and fine motor skills, proprioception, spatial awareness, social skills, sequencing and following directions, and joint attention skills. Dance and Creative Movement are joyful ways for children to explore movement through music, develop physical skills, channel energy, stimulate imagination, and promote creativity.
