Driven by passion, Asha Griffith is way more than a tap dancer, but an International Rap artist, songwriter, and all around creative force. This Rutgers alumnae started tap dancing at 5 years old and pre-professionally at 16. She had the pleasure of dancing with Dorrance Dance, Maurice Chestnut's: Beats, Rhymes, & Tap Shoes ,Chloe Arnold's NYC based company-Apt 33 & Syncopated Ladies. Her versatility led her the opportunity to choreograph for four-time Grammy award winning musician, Esperanza Spalding, and work with Solange Knowles, Converse, & Hilary Swank. 

Asha will be teaching our Intermediate and Advanced levels in tap! We are proud to be carrying forth the tradition of Rhythm Tap at our studio! We are excited to have Asha join our dance family and to have her bring her many talents to our students!
